This article describes the process of the project developed the I.E John F. Kennedy located in the municipality of Itagui involving underage students with social and academic difficulties that attend the night school -- The project foundations are based upon principles of social innovation, supported by TIC and uses design thinking. The students are involved in all the processes from generating the strategy, execution and evaluation -- This, plays an important role in the success of the project -- In resume, it is to generate a strategy that allows these students in high social risks to improve their academic processes as well as their behavioral processes, their learning and their human relations
