Obstáculos para el ejercicio del rol de moral manager : percepciones de líderes de mando medio en organizaciones en el contexto colombiano
Ethical leadership in middle management faces obstacles that prevent the transition from individual integrity to the moral manager role. Through ten semi-structured interviews with Colombian leaders, barriers were identified at three levels: intrapersonal (delayed moral recognition and rationalization), interpersonal (relational silence and upward loyalty), and organizational (misalignment between stated values and lived practice). Findings reveal a blocked enricher: genuine ethical disposition, without conditions to act on it.
