Resumen
The effective development of inventory management indicators and the establishment of goals aligned with the strategic objectives of Pretensados will be fundamental to optimizing the operational and financial efficiency of this organization, at least as a proposed potential implementation. Various techniques such as documentary analysis, literature review, and content analysis were employed to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each perspective of the Balanced Scorecard and establish specific and achievable goals.
