Resumen
This work focuses on the systematization of an artistic pedagogical experience to the current state of the tradition in the municipality of Ciénaga, Magdalena and has the purpose of organizing and analyzing in detail the experiences lived during the process. Particular findings focused on the Caimán Cienaguero dance will be reported and some transformations of this cultural practice will be described as a result of the process of active participation in the Caribbean Dance 2023-1 course developed by the master artist in training Dayana Ruiz. During this process, data were collected in a systematic and non-intrusive way, therefore, the choice of methodology is systematization of experiences for this degree work focused on the Caimán Cienaguero dance that starts and implements several points based on Oscar Jara's methodology.
