Narrativas acerca del afrontamiento y la adaptación al diagnóstico de cuatro mujeres con cáncer de seno

Resumen

In the present investigation, a study was carried out on the coping strategies and adaptation of four women to the diagnosis of breast cancer. The theoretical foundations are based on the systemic approach and the narrative interpretation. For this, the qualitative methodology was used; for the collection of information, the open interview technique was used. An interpretative analysis of the narratives of each one of the participants was carried out through nuances of qualitative analysis, which allowed ordering the information and evidencing categories, subcategories and significant emerging categories for this investigation.
