Resumen
The proposed project addresses the challenge of improving quality and service in the company Golden Tours S.A.S, a provider of special passenger transport services. The company faces a growing competition in its market and seeks to obtain certification in ISO 9001:2015 standards improve the quality of its ervices and comply with legal requirements. The project is based on a i nitial diagnosis, design, planning, management system documentation. The methodology used includes an approach descriptive and action, with research documentary and field that involves employees. The project seeks to identify strengths and weaknesses, establish objectives and achieve acceptable documentation for presentation to an external entity for successful certification to ISO standards 9001:2015 to improve the quality of the company Golden Tours S.A.S.
