Resumen
The main objective of this work is the development of the documentation of a Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015 in the company DISCOS Y CAMPANAS CR S.A.S., which was founded in 201, located in the municipality of Soacha in the department of Cundinamarca and manufactures brake discs and brake hoods. A work of inquiry is made with information from the company through interviews in order to establish the current status against the requirements of the regulations, its way of operating in all areas of the company, the information will provide the tools to properly structure the quality management system and continue to provide quality products in the manufacture of metalworking parts, which is why DISCOS Y CAMPANAS CR S.A.S.
