Resumen
Frustration tolerance is a distinctive character among people, as it implies the ability to adequately manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the face of an unfavorable event. The purpose of the research was to determine the capacity of frustration tolerance in ninth-grade high school students of the Carlos Lleras Restrepo Educational Institution through the application of the TOFRU Scale. The present study used a cross-sectional quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, descriptive method based on a non-probabilistic sample by convenience. The population consisted of 48 students, 22 belonged to grade 9-1 and 26 to group 9-2, whose ages ranged from 13 to 17 years old.
