Análisis jurídico de la eficacia de la resolución 1257 del 23 de noviembre de 2021 en la ciudad de Neiva: RCD e impactos ambientales

Resumen

The environmental impact generated by the production of solid waste is a problem that requires a commitment and intervention of all organizations and citizens in general in order to mitigate, prevent or eliminate it; to ensure better environmental conditions to ensure health and welfare; one of these wastes correspond to construction debris or CDW whose impact could be reduced if the scope and compliance with the same resolution 1257 of November 23, 2021 are considered correctly; the following research project refers to the legal analysis of the effectiveness of resolution 1257 of November 23, 2021 in the city of Neiva: RCD and environmental impacts; the proposed methodology, the methodology employed comprised a documentary and descriptive research approach of qualitative type. The results showed that both the environmental secretary of the municipality of Neiva and the CAM have a corrective and follow-up scope to government contracting companies, which for obvious reasons must comply with the EMP, however, when analyzing this compliance in the private sector associated with the management of these in multifamily units and some construction companies, there are large gaps in regulatory knowledge and therefore in operational application, which does not allow establishing the full effectiveness of the regulation.
