Resumen
The purpose of the research was to diagnose and analyze the design and production processes at CM Structures SAS, with the purpose of identifying areas of improvement and proposing a process map with optimization strategies for the design and production processes. As a methodology, it was proposed to conduct a survey of 11 employees involved in the 2 processes already mentioned, as well as an interview with management, in such a way that comprehensive perceptions about operational efficiency were accessed.
