Resumen
The main problem that the city of Ibagué has is its deficit of public space since it currently has only 1.2 M2 of public space per inhabitant, taking into account that the World Health Organization (WHO) has established that the m2 of public space per inhabitant is 15 M2. The second problem is the informal housing located in the area adjacent to the Combeima River, an area that is classified as an environmental protection zone and at the same time the river is being directly contaminated by waste and/or garbage.
