Resumen
The present study, with a non-experimental approach in its descriptive dimension, proposed to carry out an ergonomic evaluation of the workstations of the professors of the Antonio Nariño University based in Neiva (Colombia), identifying associated ergonomic risks and proposing interventions aimed at improving health. A 30-item survey questionnaire based on (a) the Nordic Questionnaire to identify work-related physical discomfort, and on (b) the Rapid Office Stress Assessment (ROSA) to assess the work environment from an ergonomic perspective, was subjected to validation using the Expert Judgment technique.
