Resumen
The thesis is a research on the logistic processes to carry out an export of frozen blackberry from the department of Boyacá, Colombia to New Zealand. For this research amarketing study was made on the possible international customers of blackberry, using different strategies, resources and systems to obtain this information, after choosing the destination country, it was investigated on the possible logistical process which describes step by step how to transport a perishable product in cold chain, In this way the different approvals to export a quality product are taken into account, as well as the necessary documents to carry out this process, followed by a financial study that covers all prices, expenses and investments so that the company has a clear and detailed perspective of all the processes to carry out this international activity.
