Resumen

This study aims to design a manual of administrative and academic procedures for disabilities, degree works and agreements of the faculty of basic sciences at the Antonio Nariño University (UAN). This manual seeks to contribute to the design of an organizational tool to improve the academic and administrative operation of the Faculty of Sciences. This manual contains detailed information about the activities and responsibilities of the different areas and administrative staff, as well as the processes related to academic management, research, resource administration and student care. The manual provides clear and concise guidance to ensure efficiency, transparency, and consistency in these faculty operations, thus promoting an organized work environment oriented towards academic excellence
