Resumen
This project aims to propose a comprehensive improvement in the processes of the G-Diésel Laboratory, located in Duitama, Boyacá, using Lean Manufacturing tools, with the purpose of optimizing efficiency, increasing productivity and strengthening its competitiveness in the automotive sector. The study began with an exhaustive diagnosis of the current laboratory processes, using techniques such as direct observation, structured interviews and the Ishikawa Diagram, which made it possible to identify various waste or waste, including prolonged waiting times, over-processing, and unnecessary movements.
