Resumen
This research project focuses its attention on the situation faced by the Ibaguereña population that has access to the Historic Center of the City, and its area of influence, in which there are some properties considered Assets of Cultural Interest (CULTURA, 2018); therefore, it is necessary to protect this legacy that previous generations have left to this new society that needs to have a sense of belonging with the place that serves as its habitat and with its historical heritage, improving its appearance, projected by the institutions that They are part of the urban and architectural development of the city. In this sense, the proposal focuses its projection on the recovery of the public space of the sector located in the center of the city, proposing the relocation of informal vendors in an architectural facility interconnected to Carrera Tercera as a pedestrian street.
