Resumen
The objective of this thesis was to understand the psychological impact of the inappropriate use of TIC´s in adolescents based on the documentary analysis of research developed between 2013 and 2023. It is a qualitative project from a hermeneutic perspective, it had a descriptive scope following an organized process that allowed to recognize and conceptually develop a theory to explain the interaction of the categories of analysis, the collection of information was generated from the filling out of a Matrix of documentary analysis in which a total of 48 scientific research documents extracted from the databases Scielo, Science Direct, Redalyc, Dialnet and Publindex were registered.
