Resumen
The growth of cities, which in these times is dizzying and with the need to make the most of the available spaces, the infrastructure of public services and the development of a commercial activity such as construction, has led to the proliferation of buildings and condominiums that must resort to the figure of horizontal co-ownership in order to exercise control and ownership of the different housing units.
