Resumen
The central purpose of this study is to develop and implement a comprehensive partial urban renewal plan that effectively addresses the urgent needs of the residents of the "El Chunche" informal settlement, while promoting a profound and sustainable transformation of the environment. This project, which is part of a multidimensional approach, seeks not only to provide housing and infrastructure solutions but also to generate social, economic, and environmental improvements in the affected community.
