Resumen
This internship project at Emanuel Engineering and Construction SAS focuses on supporting and improving supervision processes in public service infrastructure projects in Sogamoso, Boyacá, and its surrounding areas, such as in this case the municipality of Gámeza, Boyacá. The project seeks to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and construction technique standards, in order to improve operational efficiency and promote sustainable practices. Through field and administrative activities, the internship seeks to improve process efficiency using methodologies such as Lean Construction and technological tools such as BIM. The expected outcome is the identification of opportunities for improvement in construction supervision, contributing to the company's operational performance and strengthening the intern's professional skills.
