Resumen
This paper presents the design of a quality management system for the academy OTHALAN ACADEMY, with the purpose of strengthening the training and administrative processes. While during the initial diagnosis where it was evidenced characteristics of shortcomings regarding the operation for which opportunities for improvement were strategically evidenced, allowing to raise the standards of quality and consolidation of students and other stakeholders.
