Resumen
Introduction: Medical-related absenteeism, particularly associated with musculoskeletal disorders, is a significant issue in organizations such as the National Police, affecting both operational efficiency and the physical and mental health of uniformed personnel. Objective: This project aims to address labor absenteeism in the Department of San Andrés and Providencia by implementing strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of personnel, in line with Resolution 1360 of 2016 and Law 9 of 1979, promoting a healthy and safe work environment. Methodology: This project uses a quantitative, descriptive methodology. Data collection was conducted indirectly through the review of system records and a bibliographic review of data sources.
