Resumen
This report details the activities carried out during the internship at Grupo Koyo SAS, a company dedicated to the production of plastic products such as roof tiles, tanks, and flower pots, which are distributed nationally and internationally. The internship focused on foreign trade, specifically import and export. Using the basic knowledge from my academic training and the experience gained during the internship, several process improvements were proposed.
