Resumen
This Project is focused on the automation of the elevator route changes to optimize the production process, adapted to the enterprice's needs to reduce risks in the quality of the finished product, guarantee its innocuousness and improve the productivity efficiency of the process. The investigation begins by collecting data, identifying the problems Derivatives that they generate by manual operation like mixing errors and increased dosing times; The planification of the automation of the route changes was done through AutoCAD and its simulation through Fluidsim software, This allowed us to visualize the operation of the equipment in advance, obtained improvements in efficiency in the production of lost operating times, and decreased the risks in cross-contamination of products.
