Resumen
This monograph analyzes the financial behavior and implementation of restorative justice programs in the post-conflict context in Colombia, in particular it wants to focus this research on the periods from 2020 to 2024, starting from the peace agreement, recognizing the opportunities for social stabilization and the challenges of peace consolidation, this study focuses on the analysis of the budget applied to restorative practices spaces, focusing on its distribution, execution and scope in the post-conflict context. the budgetary impact in Bogotá, and the comparison of the management between Bogotá and Medellín, the findings show that although there is progress, the creation of budgets and resources assigned to each department for training in peace environments must be improved, it also shows limitations of budgetary continuity, institutional articulation and participation, thus contributing to territorial public policies and the management of progress that each department may have with the budget assigned for certain management.
