Resumen
Currently, companies seek to improve processes, through efficient methods that contribute to meeting objectives, using the least amount of resources possible and investing the lowest capital, such is the case of Motifs, a company dedicated to the manufacture of garments, but presents problems in its production process. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop a proposal for improvement for the production area of the company Motifs using Lean Manufacturing tools.
