Resumen
The purpose of this project is to present an improvement proposal focused on the dressing area of Inversiones Eldorado, located in Duitama, Boyacá. This initiative is based on a mixed methodology, incorporating Lean Manufacturing tools through a practical, exploratory, and applied approach. The project was organized into three crucial stages. In the first stage, a comprehensive diagnosis of the production area was conducted, identifying several key issues: unnecessary movements and transportation, as well as defects that arise during the process. The second phase focused on analyzing this waste, using direct observations, interviews, and data collection, which allowed for the identification of critical points or bottlenecks impacting production flow.
