Resumen
The objective of this project is to develop an improvement proposal focused on increasing the productivity and efficiency of Mecanizados y Cauchos Atlas SAS, a company dedicated to the manufacture of rubber parts for heavy-duty vehicles, automobiles, and other industrial processes. A mixed-method research methodology was used, with a primary focus on quantitative analysis based on numerical data related to production tasks, machinery efficiency, and other factors. A qualitative approach was also used to understand the company's operational and organizational context.
