Análisis de la implementación de la metodología ÁGIL SCRUM para la productividad del sector textil de confección en Puerto Colombia

Resumen

Scrum is a methodology which broadened its horizons to manufacturing industries, especially to the religious textile sector, through its evolution over the years and today, thanks to technological tools, its implementation has been ossible in many companies; This type of methodology adapts in an agile way to processes where its approach associated with collaborative work demonstrates that company members can be organized and achieve the proposed objectives. The challenges presented by the processes of the textile area of confessions are solved under the monitoring dedicated to the control of certain attentions that must be applied to the activities developed with said ethodology. To adopt this methodology, personnel must be prepared to be able to provide from a different perspective the detailed identification of each step by step of those activities to be carried out, however, communication, awareness and interaction must be associated with each other for it to work. It should be noted that textile industries will be able to obtain an improvement in their processes if the implementation of these tools is adequate thanks to the analyzes that can be obtained for decision making at the managerial level. Within the research, a survey was carried out on nine companies at the level of textile confessions, which responded to fifteen questions, giving varied results that their adaptation to this type of methodology can occur to a group of these and to others their traditional beliefs. It still works for them.
