Resumen
Currently, managing inventory, sales, and customers represents a significant challenge for small, medium, and large businesses, as these factors can directly influence operational efficiency and business growth. In this document, we have addressed the problems faced by the Gran Britalia flower shop, located in Kennedy, Bogotá. We have defined the key concepts that will allow us to understand and develop a system for inventory management, sales, and customer administration. This is done with the goal of automating these internal company processes and thus helping to improve its operational efficiency.
