Resumen
This project arose in response to the problems identified in the processing of medical records within the clinical practice of the Faculty of Optometry at the Antonio Nariño University (UAN). These difficulties were observed in the daily development of clinical activities, highlighting the need for a system that would optimize the process and reduce errors associated with manual data management. Therefore, the design and implementation of specialized medical record software was proposed, which includes clinical features and techniques aimed at minimizing these problems.
