The present degree work aims to provide a possible solution to the lack of municipal-scale equipment focused on the rehabilitation and reintegration of the floating population called street dwellers, which has had an exponential increase over the years in the city of Ibagué, measured on national, departmental and municipal scales determined by a data collection mechanism called censuses implemented by entities aimed at population statistics of the Colombian territory
