Centro empresarial Bocas de Ceniza en la ciudad de Barranquilla.

Resumen

The present degree project is carried out according to an inductive methodology with a type of descriptive research, which aims to integrate the economic, social, cultural, mobility and public space components; understood by a process of analysis, diagnosis and proposal for the problems of the city of Barranquilla, which has a deficit of business center which does not cover the sufficient economic and industrial context. In the process of the investigation, a series of problems in the intervention sector (industrial and port area of Barranquilla) is evident, affecting the urban environment. The aim is to ontribute to the solution of the problems presented in the study sector, through the use of regulations, organization and urban interventions. With the above, the urban restructuring of the boardwalk and port corridor of the city of Barranquilla is proposed with the implementation of a large-scale business center and the articulation of the existing public space with the generation of new spaces for stay and permanence that will enhance this commercial area and service provider.
