Resumen
This research entitled “The new addictions of the 21st century: Affections in family relationships due to the use of mobile devices” seeks to make a theoretical, methodological and documentary review approach to the knowledge of the family affectations of adolescents. The methodology implemented was qualitative with a phenomenological design, since it can categorize different and common experiences that may occur frequently in the context where the sample is located, also as an objective it seeks to understand those family experiences, a semi structured interview was conducted with 4 students whose answers show that the impact of addictions to mobile devices or internet can affect the family system and other subsystems in multiple ways becoming a risk factor for the proper evolutionary development of children and adolescents.
