Resumen
This work is presented as an initiative to contribute to the development and progress of the company Lor Envios S.A.S., generating recommendations that can take advantage of the managers when introducing a new phase to the operational process, making them aware of the challenges and threats they face, oriented to new opportunities and possibilities for growth, allowing them to be more competitive in the market for transportation and delivery of goods in the different districts of the city of Villavicencio.
