Resumen
During the internship carried out in the Administrative Planning Department of the Municipal Mayor's Office of Paipa (Boyacá), support was provided to the Risk Management Program in activities related to the identification and analysis of risks in the territory. This work made it possible to strengthen institutional processes for prevention and response to threatening situations, in compliance with the provisions of Law 1523 of 2012. Throughout the internship period, technical visits and visual inspections were carried out in the field to identify possible risk scenarios, which were documented in assessment and classification reports. In addition, requests and official letters were prepared and sent to municipal, regional, and departmental entities in order to coordinate the Risk Management Program and promote a comprehensive and coordinated response to contingencies. The activities carried out were aimed at preventing and mitigating risk scenarios that could affect the community and municipal infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety, sustainability, and institutional coordination guidelines.
