Resumen
Since the globalization of the economy, rivalry between companies has intensified, forcing each organization to continually fight for market dominance. While this reality is the same for all companies, not all have the vision and resources to respond to changing environments. It is important to emphasize that an organization is conceived as a system in which different subsystems interact (in this case, the areas that comprise it). The production subsystem is essential for companies that process products, as it can be said that the guidelines for optimal functioning and satisfaction of customer needs are derived from it.
