Incertidumbre Laboral y Salud Mental de los Profesionales Recién Egresados del Área Psicosocial en el Valle del Cauca

Resumen

The present investigation is centered around knowing the effects of the job uncertainty that professional graduates from the psychosocial area in Valle del Cauca go through. The job positions used in the investigation uncertainty, job expectations, mental health, and the professional in the psychological area such as social work and psychology. The methodology is focused on the use of qualitative since it recollects the narration of experiences lived by professionals in these psychological area, whose responses information were obtained through an application of semi-structured interviews, in such way, these responses showed recent graduates present a series of concerns based on the association of a stable job with adequate labor and economic conditions, in contrast to the graduates in the 2000s that although were conscious of the effort and the persistence that they had to achieve the job they have now, the work conditions for these professionals a lot of times are not the appropriate,affecting your mental health.
