Resumen
The project implementation was carried out at Virtual Payment, a technology company located in Bogotá, Colombia, where it operates from a single headquarters. The company focuses on developing applications for self-service kiosks and omnichannel solutions. The main objective was to implement agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) in the current development processes in order to optimize delivery times and improve internal organization.
