Resumen
In microenterprises within the garment sector, daily dynamics and the organic growth of workshops often create opportunities for improving spatial organization and production flow. Based on this situated understanding, the guiding design question emerges: How can industrial design develop a tool that enables microentrepreneurs to optimize their production space through self-management and a clear understanding of the interactions between people, processes, tools and physical layout? KORA is conceived as an analog methodological guide, created to support microentrepreneurs in reading, understanding, and reorganizing their work environment. Its methodology is grounded in direct observation, systemic analysis, prototyping, user testing, and iterative adjustments, incorporating principles of visual and experiential learning.
