Resumen
Specialized literature highlights the principal’s instructional leadership as a highly influential factor in school improvement and academic performance. Major studies recommend implementing and documenting situated evaluations and improvement processes. This thesis aimed to evaluate the contribution of an internal collaborative coaching strategy as a setting for enhancing the effectiveness of the components of the principal’s instructional leadership. An intrinsic case study was carried out through Educational Action Research, using a mixed-methods approach and an explanatory sequential design
