Resumen
The present analysis establishes how fiscal control influences the consolidation of differential decentralization in Colombia, from an administrative perspective and taking the 1991 Constitution as a key reference framework. This article begins by recognizing that decentralization is a fundamental principle of the Social Rule of Law, whose primary objective is to strengthen the autonomy of local governments and, in doing so, enhance public management across the national territory.
