Resumen
This article presents a descriptive and analytical study of the National Consumption Tax, focusing on the food service sector. This tax is part of the Colombian State's fiscal revenue. A quantitative study was conducted analyzing data provided by the National Directorate of Taxes and Customs (DIAN) on the annual collection of this tax, allowing for a detailed determination of the amount of revenue not collected.
