Resumen
The management of the public lighting tax in Puerto Carreño during the years 2023 and 2024 is analyzed from a regulatory perspective in relation to the income and gestures of the service, with the objective of identifying management strategies that strengthen collection. To achieve this objective, a mixed methodology and applied research are used, which analyzes a set of information obtained from the energy marketer, the Electronic Public Procurement System, and the Consolidation System of Finance and Public Information
