Resumen
The design of a Quality Management System (QMS) has become an essential component for promoting continuous improvement, optimizing efficiency levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction in modern organizations. In this regard, Jeza Soluciones Empresariales S.A.S., located in the city of Duitama, plays a strategic role in the drug supply chain, providing services to entities in the health sector. However, the absence of a QMS in this organization has made it difficult to trace its processes and ensure consistent service quality. In response to this identified need, this project presents the design and structuring of a QMS aligned with the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, addressing each stage in an orderly manner, from the diagnosis of the current state of the organization to the identification of opportunities for improvement, with the purpose of establishing a solid foundation that drives organizational transformation and fosters a culture of operational excellence.
