Resumen
The Tunja Transport Terminal faces a critical problem of lack of ergonomics in the workplaces, generating musculoskeletal injuries and affecting operational productivity. The general objective of this study is to design a proposal for ergonomic improvement to optimize the health, safety and productivity of employees. The methodology used uses a mixed approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods, with a descriptive, quasi-experimental and applied scope. The current conditions were evaluated through a survey applied to 47 employees, specific modifications aligned with ergonomic principles were proposed and a training program was developed.
