Resumen
In recent years, foreign trade in Colombia has shown a steady growth trend, reflected in both increased exports and growth in imports. During the first half of 2025, foreign purchases reached a total value of US$33,514.9 million CIF, representing an increase of 9.6% over the same period last year. This momentum was led by manufacturing (CALI, 2025), which grew by 18.7%, followed by agricultural goods, food, and beverages, with a positive variation of 8.6% (COLOMBIA, 2025).
