Propuesta para un plan de mantenimiento RCM para la empresa Ospigar

Resumen

The following document presents the development and implementation of an RCM maintenance plan, also using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) methodology, for the machines of OSPIGAR, a company dedicated to the transformation and manufacturing of wood furniture. In the first instance, an identification of the company's machines is made, the collection and standardization of all the corresponding information is carried out to generate the inventory of the machines in the company, establishing a criticality analysis and their respective technical sheets in order to determine priorities in the machines so that each one had the precise information that they should have, obtaining this criticality analysis, data collection and validation were carried out with the tools (KPIS) that allow us to evaluate their reliability and availability, which allowed us to establish the AMFEC table which allowed us to identify the main potential failures that affect the reliability and performance of critical equipment in the plant, finally, the RCM matrix is structured, a comprehensive analysis of the results obtained in the previous stages of the project is carried out, with the purpose of establishing the most appropriate maintenance strategies for the critical equipment of the company OSPIGAR
