Resumen
The present study aimed to design an improvement plan for the production area of the company León King Sport, located in Villanueva (Casanare), through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools focused on waste reduction and process optimization. To achieve this, an applied and descriptive research was conducted, with the production manager, three supervisors, and forty operators as the unit of analysis, who participated in direct observation and data collection.
