Resumen
This thesis presents the design and simulation of a system dynamics model in Vensim, aimed at analyzing environmental, social, and economic management in the municipality of Tena, with a ten-year projection horizon. The construction of the model was based on the identification of critical variables in three dimensions: forest cover and water quality in the environmental component; community health and tourism in the social dimension; and local income and employment in the economic field. As a key input, surveys were conducted with the community to identify perceptions, problems, and local priorities.
